Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 4%/share (400 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 19/11/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the office of the Company, 11 – No. 205 Lac Long Quan Street, Binh Thoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City on working days from 19/11/2026 . ID cards have to be presented

b. Payment of 2022 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 10%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the unit. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 115 shares is entitled to receive 11.5 shares ((115x10):100 = 11.5). According to the principle of handling fractional share, shareholder will receive 11 new shares, the 0.5 fractional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive share dividend at the Company's office, 205 Lac Long Quan,  Binh Thoi ward , Hochiminh city. ID cards have to be presented
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
