In which, "Interest period" means each period lasting 06 consecutive months starting from and including the issuance date until but not including the maturity date (or the date the bond is redeemed before maturity or purchased). required again). From 30/6/2026, bond code TCS12104, ISIN VN0TCS121044 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for TCS12104 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited TCS12104 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited TCS12104 bonds from investors' accounts on 30/6/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
