+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend:
*For shareholders who have registered accounts for dividend payment: the Company will make payment by bank transfer from 30/7/2026.
*For shareholders who have not yet registered/changed their dividend payment accounts: shareholders are requested to contact the Shareholder Relations Department – ​​Board of Directors Office of the Corporation to complete the procedures.
1. Payment of 2025 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 12%/share (each shareholder will receive 12 new shares for every 100 shares under ownership).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed and recorded as additional retained earnings to be carried over to the following year.
Example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 110 shares on the record date is entitled to receive 110*12% = 13.2 shares. After rounding down to the whole number, the number of shares shareholder Nguyen Van A receives is 13 shares. The 0.2 fractional shares will be removed and recorded as additional retained earnings to be carried over to the following year.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive stock dividend at the BOD office of Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation on working days. ID cards or valid power of attorney have to be presented.
