Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:10 (Shareholders who own 100 shares are entitled to 10 new share)
- Rounding method, handling of fractional shares: When calculating the number of shares that existing shareholders are entitled to under the share issuance plan to increase share capital from equity, if the result is a decimal number, it will be rounded down to the nearest whole number to ensure that the total number of shares distributed does not exceed the total number of shares issued. Any fractional shares (if any) will be canceled and not exercised, and the new registered capital will be based on the actual number of shares distributed.
- Example: On the last registration date for exercising the right to receive shares issued from the share capital increase from equity, shareholder A owns 2,026 shares. With a share issuance ratio of 100:10, shareholder A will receive the corresponding number of newly issued shares as (2,026/100) x 10 = 202.6 shares. According to the rounding principle and the method for handling fractional shares, the number of shares shareholder A will receive after rounding down to the nearest whole number is 202 shares; the 0.6 fractional shares will be canceled.
- Execution venue:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedures to receive the issued shares to increase the share capital from equity capital at Dong A Paint Joint Stock Company - No. 59 Thien Duc Street, Phu Dong Commune, Hanoi City and present their citizen identification card/identity card.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Dong A Paint Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing dossiers, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier;  Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
