a. Payment of 2025 Stock Dividend:
-Payment rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 5 shares they own)

- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 119 shares as of the record date. With an exercise ratio of 100:10, shareholder A is entitled to receive (119/100)*10 = 11.9 new shares. According to the calculation principle above, shareholder A will receive an additional 11 new shares. The decimal portion of 0.9 shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Company headquarters - Lot AIII, Giao Long Industrial Zone, Giao Long Commune, Vinh Long Province, Vietnam. ID cards have to be presented

b. 1st Advanced Payment of 2026 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share) 
- Payment time: 22/07/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Company's head office, Lot AIII, Giao Long Industrial Zone, Giao Long Commune, Vinh Long Province, Vietnam on working days from 22/07/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
