1. 2026 Annual General Meeting

+ Reports by the Board of Directors, the Management Board on 2025 business results, approval of 2026 business plan;
+ Report by Supervisory Board on 2025 financial statements;
+ Approval of 2025 profit distribution and earnings reserved for fund establishment;
+ Other issues within the authority of the annual general meeting.
2. Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 07/08/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Finance Department - HPT Information Technology Services Joint Stock Company, address: Lot E2a-3, Road D1, High-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh City (working hours from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday every week) from 07/08/2026. ID cards have to be presented. For the total amount of dividend paid to individual shareholders, HPT Company will deduct 5% personal income tax as regulated.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
HPT Vietnam Corporation, organizations and individuals participating in the process of preparing documents for corporate action processing shall be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the documents; Organizations and individuals participating in the process of verifying documents shall be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated November 26, 2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024./.
