Combination of fixed interest rates and floating interest rates, specifically as follows: + For the first 2 interest periods: Fixed interest rate at 6%/year; and + Interest rate for the remaining interest periods: Floating interest rate and equal to the total of 3%/year and reference interest rate, but in all cases not exceeding 6%/year. In which, "Interest period" means each period lasting 3 consecutive months starting from the issuance date to the maturity date (or the date on which the bond is redeemed before maturity, whether voluntarily or mandatorily). In case the bonds are redeemed before maturity according to the provisions of the Bond Conditions, the final interest period will be calculated from the last day of the latest interest period until (but not including) the date on which the relevant bonds are redeemed. “Reference interest rate” means the medium and long-term base interest rate for large corporate customers/business customers in the Wholesale Banking Sector applied to loans/bonds arising from 30th March 2021 with a 3-month valuation period, announced by Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank at or around 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) on the interest rate determination date of the relevant interest period. “Interest rate determination date” means, for each interest period when the reference interest rate needs to be determined, the 11th working day before the first day of that interest calculation period.
