From 15/5/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above registered Bond.
2. The bonds of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company are centrally registered at VSDC in accordance with the Securities Law. Registration of bonds at VSDC does not imply that the bonds of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company are eligible for being listed on the Stock Exchange.
3. Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents to register bonds are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed by prevailing laws.
4. From the date of bond registration at VSDC, Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company is responsible for:
4.1. Strictly complying with the regulations related to the registration and corporate action processing in the Guideline on securities registration and transfer of securities ownership; The Guideline on exercising rights for securities holders of VSDC (published on the website http://www.vsd.vn, under Legal/Regulations of VSDC) and the provisions stipulated in the Service Agreement between the two parties.
4.2. Notify VSDC of the first trading day of your bonds approved by the Stock Exchange at least 05 working days before the trading day to ensure that data on your bonds is available on the trading system on the first trading day.
