Following Announcement No.1619/TB-VSDC dated 13/04/2026, regarding the record date for exercising warrants, VSDC would like to announce cancellation of finalizing the list of covered warrants owners as follows:

Pursuant to the official correspondence of Pinetree Securities Corporation on out-of-the-money covered warrants, VSDC would like to announce cancellation of finalizing the list of covered warrants owners as announced in the Notice No. 1619/TB-VSDC.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited CSTB2535 covered warrants accordingly.
