- Meeting venue: Becamex, Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of the following  issues:
• Report on 2025 activities of the Board of Directors (BOD) and 2026 direction; Reports by each independent member of the BOD.
• Report of the General Director on 2025 business results and 2026 business plan.
• Report on 2025 activities of the Supervisory Board (SB).
• Contents for the Owner's opinion:
- 2025 Audited financial statements; Reports of the BOD and each independent member of the BOD; Report of the SB.
- Report of the General Director on 2025 business results and 2026 business plan.
- 2025 Profit distribution and dividend payment plan; 2026 Profit distribution and dividend payment plan.
- Report on 2026 results of the private placement of bonds;
- Payment of 2025 remuneration to Board of Directors members and 2026 plan for payment to Board of Directors members, Supervisory Board members and Secretary.
- Amendments and updates to the business lines.
- Amendments to the charter, internal governance regulations, operating regulations of the Board of Directors, and operating regulations of the Supervisory Board.
- Approval of list of 2026 independent auditing firms for 2026.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
