- Meeting venue: Office of Phu Son Livestock JSC, 101 Phu Son Hamlet, Binh Minh commune, Dong Nai Province (formerly Bac Son commune, Trang Bom district)
- Meeting agenda: Approval of report by the Board of Directors on 2021-2025 term, 2026 – 2030 directions, report by the Supervisory Board on 2021-2025 term, 2025 audit financial statements and other relevant issues.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
