The fixed interest rate is 10%/year, applicable to all interest calculation periods. The term "interest calculation period" refers to each 3-month period from the issue date inclusive to the maturity date exclusive. In case bonds are redeemed before maturity according to the bond conditions, the final interest calculation period for the bond redeemed before maturity will be calculated from the last day of the most recent interest calculation period inclusive to the pre-maturity redemption date exclusive. The term "the pre-maturity redemption date" refers to a working day on which the issuer redeems part or all of the bonds according to the early redemption events specified in the bond conditions. The term "working day" means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday (including substitute holidays) in Vietnam, as determined by the competent state authority and in accordance with Vietnamese law.

From 21/4/2026, bond code CHA12401, ISIN VN0CHA124018 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for CHA12401 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited CHA12401 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited CHA12401 bonds from investors' accounts on 21/4/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
