The State Treasury - Ministry of Finance and organizations and individuals participating in the process of preparing documents to adjust the registered bond quantity information are legally responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the documents; Organizations and individuals participating in the verification of documents are legally responsible within the scope related to those documents as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated November 26, 2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024.
