- Bond interest is calculated according to formula: 58,000,000 VND/bond, of which: Interest payment is calculated using the formula 1,000,000,000 VND x 5.8%/year x 365 days / 365 days = 58,000,000 VND, rounded to 3 decimal places.
+ The total amount of bond interest will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).
- Payment date: 20/04/2026 (Since the payment date is not a working day, the Securities Registering Institution will make the payment on the next working day).

+ The bondholders whose shares have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The bondholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bond interest via bank accounts registered with Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank from 20/04/2026.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 10/04/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC to be accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 03 working days from the date on the notice.
