- Planned meeting time: The meeting is tentatively scheduled from 23/04/2026 to 29/04/2026 (The official meeting date will be specified in the invitation sent to investors).
- Planned execution place: Headquarter of FPT Fund Management Joint Stock Company, 7th floor, 17-storey block, FPT Tower, No. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City
- Meeting agenda:
+ 2025 Summary report by the supervising ban;
+ Report on the Fund's 2025 performance;
+ Report by the Fund's Representative Board on 2025 activities results;
+ 2025 audited financial statements of the Fund;
+ 2026 workplan;
+ Selection of an auditing firm to auditing 2026 financial statements;
+ 2026 total remuneration and operating expenses of the Fund's Representative Board.
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting according to the provisions of prevailing laws and the Fund's charter (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
 FPT Fund Management Joint Stock Company  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
