For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. “Reference banks” include Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hanoi and Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade. Vietnam Foreign Trade Joint Stock Trade. If the Issuer does not redeem the bond on the date of exercising the right to redeem, the bond interest rate applicable to the 6th interest payment period until the bond matures will be equal to the reference interest rate + margin 3 ,2 years.

From 13/3/2026, bond code BID12361, ISIN VN0BID123611 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BID12361 bonds. 
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
