- Meeting venue: To be annouced later.
- Meeting contents:
+ Report on business results for 2025 and business plan for 2026;
+ Approval of audited financial statements for 2025;
+ Approval of the plan for distributing after-tax profits and paying dividends for 2025;
+ Approval of remuneration for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and secretary for 2025;
+ Report on the activities of the Board of Directors in 2025;
+ Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board in 2025;
+ Selection of independent auditor for 2026;
+ Other matters (if any).

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
