- Meeting venue:  to be announced in the invitation letters.
- Agenda: 
+ Proposal for approving 2025 financial statements;
+ 2025 reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB); + 2026 business plan;
+ 2025 remuneration and 2026 plan for the BOD, SB; dividend rate;
+ selection of an audit company for 2026 fiscal year.
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
