Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: VND 2,095,890/bond
+ Payment interest is calculated according to the formula 100,000,000 (VND) x 8.5% x 90 (days)/365 (days). If the interest earned on each bond is not an integer, it will be rounded up as follows: if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up by 1 VND; if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded down by 0 VND. For example: 1,235.556 VND will be rounded to 1,236 VND; if 1,235.456 VND will be rounded to 1,235 VND.
+  The actual bond interest received by bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then the fractional part will be removed)

+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive the bond interest via accounts registered with VPBank Securities – 88 Tran Thu Do Street, Yen So Ward, Hanoi City on weekdays starting from 30/03/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 18/03/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
