- Meeting agenda:
+ 2025 audited financial statements;
+ Report by the Board of Directors on 2025 activities and 2026 directions;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board on 2025 activities;
+ Proposal for 2025 profit allocation scheme;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting in accordance with the Company's Charter and prevailing laws
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
