+ Report by the General Director on 2025 production and business results, 2026 directions and tasks;
+ Report on 2025 financial activities and 2026 financial and investment plan;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2025 activities and 2026 plan;
+ 2025 Profit distribution and dividend payment plan, 2026 plan;
+ Report on 2025 remuneration of the BoD and SB and 2026 remuneration plan;
+ Selection of an independent auditing firm to audit 2026 financial statements;
+ And other arising matters within the authority of the General Meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
