- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of report on 2025 business and 2026 plan implementation
+ Approval of 2025 reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB)
+ Selection of an audit company for 2026
+ Approval of 2025 financial statements and profit distribution scheme
+ Approval of 2026 plan and targets
+ Approval of 2026 profit distribution plan
+ Approval of final payment for 2025 salary, remuneration and 2026 plan for the BOD and SB members
+ Decision on other issues within the authority
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
