+ Approval of 2025 production, business and investment results; 2026 production & business plan
+ Approval of 2025 report by the Supervisory Board (SB)
+ Approval of 2025 audited financial statements
+ Approval of selection of an independent audit company for 2026 financial statements
+ Approval of 2025 profit allocation plan;
+ Approval of proposal for 2025 remuneration payment  to the Board of Directors (BOD); 2026 remuneration payment to the BOD, the SB;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting (if any)
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
