Combination of fixed and floating interest rates, specifically as follows: + For the first 4 interest calculation periods: 9.8%/year; and + Interest rate for the remaining interest calculation periods: floating interest rate and equal to the total of 4.75%/year and the reference interest rate, but in no case exceeding 9.8%/year. “Interest calculation period” means each period lasting 3 consecutive months from the issue date inclusive to the maturity date exclusive. In case the bond is redeemed before maturity according to the provisions of the bond conditions, the final interest calculation period will be calculated from the last day of the most recent interest calculation period inclusive to the pre-maturity redemption date exclusive. “Reference interest rate” means the average of the term deposit/saving deposit interest rates applicable to individual customers with a term of 12 months in Vietnam Dong announced by reference banks at or around 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) on the interest rate determination date of that interest period. “Reference banks” include MBbank, VPbank, ACB, Techcombank. “Interest rate determination date” means, for each interest period for which the reference interest rate is to be determined, the 11th working day before the first day of that interest period.
