+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2025 governance and activity results, 2026 activity plan and directions
+ Report by the Supervisory Board on the Company's business results, activities of the BOD, CEO in 2025
+ 2025 profit distribution and dividend payment scheme and 2026 plan
+ Report on 2025 remuneration for the BOD and SB and 2026 plan;
+ Selection of an audit company for 2026;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting.
2. 3rd Advance Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share).

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will carry out procedures to receive dividends at Company's Office, No. 21 Nguyen Hue, Quy Nhon Ward, Gia Lai Province (on working days) from 10/04/2026. ID cards/passport have to be presented.
