- Execution venue: Shareholders submit voting ballots within the time specified for ABS by 9:00 a.m. on 23/02/2026 in one of the following ways:
+ Putting in a sealed envelope and deliver directly or send by mail to ABS at the head office address: 16th Floor, Geleximco Building, No. 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi City
+ Photos or scanned photos should be sent email to: ha.tathihong@abs.vn
-     Content: seeking shareholders' opinion on the Plan to increase charter capital including Offering additional shares in the form of issuing rights to purchase shares for existing shareholders and Issuing shares under the Employment Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
