Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of 2024-2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share).
- Payment time: 19/06/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accounting Department – Lam Son Sugar Cane Joint Stock Corporation – 388 Le Thai Tong Street, Lam Son Commune, Thanh Hoa Province (on weekdays) from June 19, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
b. Share issuance for 2024-2025 dividend payment
- Payment rate: 5% (Shareholders are entitled to 5 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure that the total number of new shares distributed does not exceed the total number of shares issued, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed, and the new charter capital will be registered based on the actual number of shares distributed.
- For example: With a stock dividend payout ratio of 5%, shareholder A, who currently owns 1,234 shares of the Company on the record date , will receive 1,234 x 5 : 100 = 61.7 new shares. However, due to rounding down to the nearest whole number, shareholder A will actually only receive 61 new shares, and the fractional 0.7 shares will be canceled.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accounting Department – Lam Son Sugar Cane Joint Stock Corporation – 388 Le Thai Tong Street, Lam Son Commune, Thanh Hoa Province (on weekdays) from June 19, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Lam Son Sugar Cane Joint Stock Corporation and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
