+ Approval of reports and proposals within the authority of the General Meeting, including reports from the Board of Directors, the Magament Board, the Supervisory Board, financial statements, etc.
+ And other issues within the authority of 2026 Annual General Meeting as stipulated by law and the Company's charter.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
