Vietnam commercial banks include: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (reference interest rate applies to Hanoi City Area), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam (ceiling deposit interest rate) and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development on the date of determining the interest rate for that interest period. “Interest period” means each period lasting six consecutive months during the term of the bond.
