Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:10 (shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares  (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder who owns 605 shares at the time of finalizing the shareholder list for dividend payment in 2024 will be allocated 60.5 shares, in which the fractional shares after the decimal point (0.5) will be discarded, and the total number of shares the shareholder will actually receive is 60 shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at CMC Corporation, 17th Floor, CMC Tower, 11 Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi.. ID cards have to be presented.  
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
