Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share)

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ For undeposited shares:
*Shareholders who are employees of any affiliated units will receive dividend at the Finance & Accounting Department of their respective units; shareholders who are sugarcane growers in Gia Lai will receive dividend at the Finance & Accounting Department of An Khe Sugar Factory.
*Shareholders who are employees of the Company's office and other shareholders will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting department.
*In case of bank transfer or authorization, Request for bank transfer/Power of attorney in accordance with the form posted on website: www.qns.com.vn should be sent to the Finance-Accounting Department of the Company.
*ID cards/passports, power of attorney (if any) have to be presented
Date of dividend payment: 23/01/2026.
