From 18/12/2025, bond code ECF12401, ISIN VN0ECF124016 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for ECF12401 bonds. 
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
