MSB12303: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond deregistration of the bond registering institution as follows:
From 17/12/2025, Securities registration certificate no.947/2023/GCNTPRL-VSDC issued by VSDC on 05/12/2023 and bond code MSB12303, ISIN VN0MSB123030 will become invalid.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
