Combination of fixed interest rates and floating interest rates, specifically as follows: + Interest rate for the first interest period: 10%/year; + Interest rate applied for subsequent interest periods: Equal to the reference interest rate corresponding to each relevant interest period plus a margin of 1.7%/year. In which: “Interest period” means the period from (and including) the issuance date until (but not including) October 1, 2022 for the first interest period; Each period lasts 3 consecutive months from (and including) October 1, 2022 until (but not including) January 1, 2026 and the period from (and including) January 1 /2026 up to (but not including) the maturity date for the final interest period. To clarify, in case a bond is redeemed before maturity (whether voluntarily or mandatory) according to the provisions of the bond conditions, the final interest period will be calculated from the latest interest payment date until ( but does not include) the relevant early redemption date. “Reference interest rate”, for each interest period after the first interest period, means the highest base interest rate applicable to VND loans with terms over 36 months to 60 months of the Corporate Banking Sector. large and Investment at VPBank is determined at the interest rate determination date of the corresponding interest period. “Interest rate determination date”, for each interest period after the first interest period, is the 5th working day before the first day of that interest period.

From 10/12/2025, bond code MYP12201, ISIN VN0MYP122012 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for MYP12201 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited MYP12201 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited MYP12201 bonds from investors' accounts on 10/12/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
