- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ Principles for rounding and handling of fractional shares: The number of subscribed shares will be rounded down to the whole number according to the rounding principle. The fractional shares (if any) arising when exercising the right and the entire number of shares that existing shareholders do not exercise the right to buy will be handled according to the plan for handling fractional shares and undistributed shares stated in the Plan for handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares.
For example: Shareholder A currently owns 329 shares of the Corporation on the date of closing the list of shareholders to exercise the right will receive the right to buy 329 x 12/100 = 39.48 additional shares offered for sale, according to the rounding principle, shareholder A will be able to buy 39 shares.

The fractional shares (if any) arising when exercising rights and the entire number of shares that existing shareholders do not exercise their rights will be determined by the Board of Directors based on criteria and decided to be offered to other entities in a manner and under appropriate conditions, but not more favorable than the conditions offered to existing shareholders. These shares (if any) will be subject to transfer restrictions within one year from the date of completion of the offering.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time for transfer of right issue: From 18/12/2025 to 29/12/2025.
+  Right issue can be transferred once. The transferee is not allowed to transfer them to a third party. The transferor and transferee shall agree on the transfer price, make payment and be responsible for performing the obligations as prescribed in the transfer.

+ Time for subscription and payment: From 18/12/2025 to 06/01/2026.
+ Subscribed securities are freely transferable.

2. Payment of stock dividend
- Payment rate: 100:4 (Shareholders are entitled to 4 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (decimal part) arising from rounding down to the unit (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 329 shares, the number of dividend shares that shareholder A receives according to the issuance ratio is 329 x 4/100 = 13.16 shares. After rounding down, the number of shares shareholder A receives is 13 shares; 0.16 fractional shares will be removed.
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.

3. Share Issuance for Raising Share Capital from Owner's Equity
- Execution rate: 100:15 (shareholders are entitled to receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own). 
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to the whole number. the fractional shares (decimal part) arising from rounding down to the unit (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A owns 329 shares, the number of shares issued to increase share capital from equity that shareholder A receives according to the issuance ratio is 329 x 15/100 = 49.35 shares: After rounding down, the number of shares shareholder A receives is 49 shares; 0.35 fractional shares will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive the shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
