+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, no.18 Le Van Luong, Yen Hoa ward,  Hanoi on working days from 19/01/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs), Direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs, DAHs are requested to send VSDC the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 31/12/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs  by VSDC to be accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs  will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
