Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:5 (shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to 5 new shares).
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares to make payment of stock dividends, when distributed to shareholders, will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares arising from rounding will be canceled. The positive difference between the Total profit used to pay stock dividends (calculated on a par value of VND 10,000/share) and the total value of shares actually distributed to existing shareholders (calculated on a par value of VND 10,000/share) will be retained as the Company's accumulated undistributed profits.
For example: on the record date to receive stock dividends, shareholder A owns 110 shares. The number of additional shares issued to pay dividend that shareholder A receives, calculated according to the exercise ratio, is: (110:100)x5=5.5 shares. According to the above plan, shareholder A will actually receive 5 shares and the remaining 0.5 shares will be cancelled and the difference of VND 5,000 will be retained as the Company's accumulated undistributed profits.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at Nam Cuom village, Nam Bung commune, Van Chan district, Yen Bai province (or representative office in Hanoi, address: No. 29 Nguyen Quoc Tri, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi). ID cards  have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
