Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 20%/share (2,000 VND per share)
- Payment date: 05/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Vip Greenport Joint Stock Company, Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Dong Hai, Hai Phong on working days from 05/12/2025 . ID cards/Certificate of business registration/other itentity papers of securities holders as regulated or valid Power of attorney (in case of authorization to receive Certificate of share ownership) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
