From 19/11/2025, bond code DVI12101, ISIN VN0DVI121017 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for DVI12101 bonds.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
