Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

+ Time for sending notification on standing for election, nominating candidates to shareholders: from 03/12/2025 to 05/12/2025 tentatively (Vietbank will notify shareholders, posted on Vietbank's website at the link https://www.vietbank.com.vn/nha-dau-tu/cong-bo-thong-tin).
- Time of receiving application for standing for election, nominating: by from 08/12/2025 to 26/12/2025 tentatively
- Content: Vietbank Board of Directors Office, address in Ho Chi Minh City: 11th Floor, Lim 2 Building, 62A Cach Mang Thang 8, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City from 8:30 to 16:00 on weekdays (except holidays, festivals, and Tet).
- Execution venue: Exercising the right to stand for election, nominate candidates for election of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board for 2026-2030 term according to the provisions of law, Vietbank's Charter and Vietbank's internal regulations on corporate governance.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
