- Execution rate: 100:7 (shareholders are entitled to recieve 7 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: On record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 120 shares are entitled to receive (1,250 x 7)/ 100 = 87.5 shares. With an issuance rate of 7%, shareholder A will receive the number of additional shares issued as follows: 120 x 7% = 8.4 shares. The number of new shares that shareholder A will receive is 08 shares. The fractional shares of 0.4 will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the Head Office of Petro Vietnam Technical Services Corpoporation, 5th Floor, PetroVietNam Building, 1-5 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City . ID cards have to be presented.
