 The distribution of unsold shares to investors should ensure that investors are allowed to buy shares that are not subject to the provisions of Article 42 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP; at the same time, ensure the conditions prescribed in Clause 2, Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises and other relevant provisions of current law.
 The remaining undistributed shares mentioned above when offered to other investors according to the decision of the Board of Directors are restricted from transfer for 01 year from the date of closing the offering period according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 42 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP.
