- Meeting agenda:
+ Approving the resignation letter of Mr. Tran Trong Tam from the position of member of the Board of Directors dated 03/11/2025; and dismissing Mr. Tran Trong Tam from the position of member of the Board of Directors from the date of approval by the General Meeting ;
+ Approving the election of one (01) new member of the Board of Directors for the remaining term of 2023 - 2028 to replace the resigning member of the Board of Directors;
+ Approving the resignation letter of Ms. Vu Thi Hau from the position of member of the Board of Supervisors dated 09/09/2025; and dismissing Ms. Vu Thi Hau from the position of member of the Board of Supervisors from the date of approval by the General Meeting ;
+ Approving the election of one new member of the Board of Supervisors for the remaining term of 2023 - 2028 to replace the resigning member of the Board of Supervisors;
+ Approving the amendment of the Charter of Transport and Trade Services Joint Stock Company;
+ Approving some other contents and issues under the authority of the General Meeting- if any.
