Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

 - Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 199 bonds, equivalent to par value: 199,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: Redemption of all bonds
- Redemption price of each bond: bond face value + interest from 29/12/2024 to 29/12/2025 exclusive = 1,000,000,000 + (1,000,000,000 * 6.475% * 365/365) = 1,064,750,000 VND
Redemption price of each bond will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is cancelled).
- Payment date: 29/12/2025
- Deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer: All bonds will be redeemed by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank on 29/12/2025 at the request of the issuer. Bondholders are obligated to sell all bonds  back to the issuer and receive money. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption via accounts registered with at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank from 29/12/2025.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to reconcile the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs  are requested to send VSDC the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 10/12/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
