For the List of securities owners at the right exercise periods and list closing periods according to the Contract Appendix (if any) between VSDC and the company, VSDC will send these Lists in the form of electronic documents with VSDC's digital signature to the company via VSDC's electronic communication portal system.
   Complying with regulations related to securities, the securities market, the guidelines of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and the contents specified in the Service Provision Contract between the two parties.
   The bonds of  DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company are centrally registered at VSDC in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws. Registration of bonds at VSDC does not imply that the bonds of  DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company are eligible for being listed on the Stock Exchange.
 DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company and institutions, individuals participating in the process of preparing documents and dossiers for bond registration must be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfullness and completeness of the dossiers; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of documents and dossiers must be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents and dossiers in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws.
