Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5%/share (Shareholders are entitled to 5 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares under 1 (if any) will be removed.
- For example: shareholder A who owns 688 shares is entitled to receive the number of shares according to the formula 688 * 5% = 34.40. Shareholder A will only receive 34 shares and the 0.4 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
