+ The interest rate applied for the first interest payment period is 9.7%/year; and + The interest rate applicable to the next interest payment periods will be determined by the payment agent at the date of interest rate determination and is equal to the reference interest rate plus a margin of 3.5%/year but not lower than 9, 5%/year, of which: "Reference interest rate" for each interest payment period, means the average interest rate (interest rate or interest rate ceiling if interest rate is not announced) of personal savings deposits. Denominated in Vietnam Dong, paid in advance applies to a 12-month term announced on the official websites of 04 reference banks at the date of determining the interest rate of that interest payment period. For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, shall be rounded to two decimal places; “Reference banks” include Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Hanoi City and Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (each of the above banks is individually referred to as “Reference Bank” and collectively referred to as “Reference Banks”).

From 21/10/2025, bond code BCM12101, ISIN VN0BCM121016 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BCM12101 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all BCM12101 bonds deposited on the effective date of cancellation of registration. Depository Members are requested to cancel BCM12101 bonds from investors' accounts on BCM12101 and inform relevant investors.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
