Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank and institutions, individuals participating in the process of preparing documents and dossiers for bond registration must be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfullness and completeness of the dossiers; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of documents and dossiers must be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents and dossiers in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws.
