Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 12% (shareholders are entitled to receive 12 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 516 shares,  he shall be entitled to 516*12% = 61.92 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 61 new shares and 0.92 fractional shares will be removed. 
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Representative Office of TruongPhu Corp, no.10, BT2, Bac Linh Dam, Dich Cong ward, Hanoi on working days. ID cards, valid power of attorney in case of authorization have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
