Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
+ For redemption preferred shares: Rights cannot be exercised this time (shareholders owning redemption preferred shares will not receive stock dividend in this issuance)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of decimal fractional shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The  fractional shares due to rouding will be  cancelled.
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 126 shares is entitled to receive 12.6 shares (126*1/10= 12.6). According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 12 new shares,  the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Investor Relationship Department - Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company, 47 Nguyen Canh Hoan, Vinh Hung ward, Nghe An province on working days. ID cards/passports and Certificate of stock ownership have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
